The documentation and full functionality is present in the development
version (which will be 0.9.9).
A slightly less functional version has been backported to 0.9.8 and
first appears in the 0.9.8h release. It has to be specifically enabled
using "enable-cms" at configuration time. Though a 0.9.8h bug means it
is advisable to use the latest 0.9.8-stable snapshot.
