SMIME Capabilities examples

I'm looking for examples of certificates or messages with SMIME 
Capability values for the following algorithms:
- SHA-224, SHA-256, SHA-384, SHA-512
- RSA with MD5, SHA-*
- DSA with SHA-1, SHA-224, SHA-256
- ECDSA with SHA-*
- DH SS/ES with key wrap 3DES or RC2 (40, 64, 128)
- ECDH/ECMQV
- AES-CBC-128, AES-CBC-192, AES-CBC-256
- Camellia
- SEED
- HMAC SHA-*

If any one has examples, I'd appreciate a copy.
