SRV for 2476

It seems that the Message Submission protocol defined in RFC 2476 is a
perfect candidate for a DNS SRV resource record, since it would allow the
clients to automatically fallback to a backup MSA if the primary MSA
wasn't available for some reason.

Should this be written up and added?
