Quick comment:
I would like to see the language in the first paragraph of section 3
broadened a little bit to include more than just "messages generated by
viruses". Shouldn't this specification allow messages that are virus
*infected* to be silently dropped, even if the message isn't generated by a
virus? What about phishing attack messages and other types of fraudulent
mail? What about other messages whose content is unquestionably malicious
or deceitful?
