I'll second the notion that source port and destination port should be
clearly distinguished. Also, putting the source port # next to the
destination IP address strikes me as confusing.
Why? It's a fairly common notation.
putting the source port # next to the source address, and putting the
destination port # next to the destination address, makes sense. putting the
source port number next to the destination address doesn't make as much sense
to me.
