MTU Settings

I am looking for the various MTU settings for different types of lines.  I
have the general settings that come inside TCP/IP Illustrated, but would
like to find other tables.

Also, how big is a packet that is encrypted with IPSec?  (Assuming that we
are not counting the payload.)
