hey , do what you want - its not a hierachical organisation - if its
cool and people adopt it, fine - there's no "standing on the outside
looking in" in the ietf - if you write code, ship it and people run
it, it'll make it in the end
note though that there are communications technoligies that
_operationally_ have to run with global consistency
(well, at least 1), and while there are ways to run them with
context/subject based mapping, thats not innovation (actually, its
also patented) and its not viable.
