IRTF news

For sake of speeding up the plenary session this evening I am sending the 
IRTF news to the list rather than present it at the plenary.
There are two things to report:

1- The NSRG will be rechartered.

2- There is a new RG: Internet Digital Rights Management. The charter will 
be up on the website soon after this IETF.
With this new RG there are now 12 active RG's. For more information see: 
www.irtf.org.
