Do any of the systems broken by Verisign try and do REGISTRY queries through
DNS? No. So how is this relevant AT ALL to what Verisign have done?
As you can observe, Dean keep saying just "names" and "registry" and
trying to hide the fact that we are discussing on "domain names" and
"registry of domain names".
