Since category is case-insensitive, you might want to make a point of that in

Slight disparity in the two appearances of the author's address

G) The e-mail looks like a personal address which will be ok as long as the
person is in that post, which may be a long time, but perhaps not for ever.
Is
there, perhaps, a 'role' style address that might persist in perpetuity?
