clarification of seeds

Matt Lepinski pointed out an inconsistency in the seed, the result of a copy 
and paste from 2013.  The date for the US National debt was indicated as 
Thursday July 7, which is wrong.  Is the typo the date (3) or the day 
(Thursday).
As I had indicated that I was going to run the process on the 6th, I had 
intended to use the value on Thursday July 3.

At this point, 11:37am EDT, the final seed, which is the Euromillions is not 
yet available, and there I feel this clarification does not let me 
pre-determine the result as yet.
