The real answer is nobody knows, since the weather around here is
always chaotic.  It will probably be warm and muggy, but if the
current polar vortex moves slightly east, the weather will be less
warm.  Or if it moves west, the weather will be warmer.

This summer, if you pack as you would for a trip to London, you should
be OK.
