working group reports

The usual flurry of working group meeting summaries is getting posted 
for the week.
Summaries like these are quite nice.

What I wonder is why we require and do such summaries for each of 3 
weeks of effort, during the year, but no similar summaries for any of 
the rest of groups' work across the year?
