Raffles Convention Center Singapore for IETF 100

The hotels and the rates will be
published along with the other typical meeting information as is
normally done.  In this case the information is expected to be available
during the Prague meeting in July, and registration would open shortly 
thereafter
The venue hotel is NOT the Raffles hotel with those high rates that were quoted.
