Clearly it depends on your frame of reference.  If I needed to publish
some new RRs to enable stealth malware that would prevent a North
Korean nuclear missile launch, I could probably figure out how to do
it using some of Mark's kludges.

In real life, with most configuration software, it's still too hard.
