Exactly what I have done. Still no happiness. What is strange though is
all the files appear in:

Can't figure this one out...

Check the raw messages headers. If the message headers do not contain
the name of the list address somewhere, then the messages will be
dumped in .catch.

Since this appears to the case, you should use the mbox-month-pack
script to split your mailbox into monthly folders for direct
placement under <mharc-root>/mbox/overland-forum/. mbox-month-pack
comes with mharc. Example usage:

  <mharc-root>/bin/mbox-month-pack -outdir <mharc-root>/mbox/overland-forum \
                                   -verbose mailbox

If "mailbox" contains *all* the mail you plan to archive, you may
want to clear out <mharc-root>/mbox/overland-forum first to avoid
duplicate messages, but DO NOT do this if there is messages in there
that are not in mailbox.

See the Tool Docs for more information.

Once you have split the mailbox into <mharc-root>/mbox/overland-forum/,
you can run <mharc-root>/bin/web-archive to update the HTML archives.
You can use the -verbose option to monitor progress.
