Yes. You just need to manually create $INFO_DIR.
To create an information page for archives, you create files called
<name>.html in $INFO_DIR, where <name> are the names defined in
<mharc-root>/lib/lists.def via the Name: directive.
The info HTML files can contain anything you want, there is no
pre-defined format them.
