Rebuild a select WebArchive.

Hi All,

I was wondering if its possible to rebuild a selected web archive. For 
eg, I have following:
2004-10
2004-9
2004-8
2004-7
2004-6

Is it possible to rebuild on 2004-8 onwards? I had a look at web-archive 
but could only figure out the option of -rebuild.
