I overlooked it.  BTW, the "white" is based upon your browser default
and not anything in the HTML.

The top index pages markup for archives are controled by header and
footer files that you can edit.  The header is called .PNM.head.in and
the footer is .PNM.foot.in.  These files are located in the HTML_DIR
directory.

You can edit these files and then run "make configure" so the next time
the archive is updated, your changes will show up.

You are right that the default markup for those files should include
stylesheet.css.
