You can try the following to see if it gets around the problem
so you can complete the install:
env PERL5LIB=/usr/lib/MHonArc perl install.pl
I wound up doing the bash equivalent, and everything seems to be
installed
fine.
The warning helps inform you that the MHonArc libraries are not
in perl's default search path and that you will need to set
the MHONARC_LIB var in config.sh.

I'm wondering if install.pl should auto-set the var based on
the 'mhonarc' exe that it finds.
I actually expected it to make some changes in that direction. I had
removed the RPM and installed from source after reading this in the INSTALL
notes:
* The installation lib directory is added to each program's
search path so each program can find the libraries needed for
proper execution. Therefore, you do NOT have to set your PERL5LIB
environment variable if you install the library files in a non-
standard location.
