Summary: CHARSETCONVERTERS not reset across multi-archive process
Original Submission: With the API, mhonarc can be invoked directly from Perl
programs. For example, a program invokes mhonarc via
the API on two archives, called "A" and "B". If A
defines a custom CHARSETCONVERTERS settings, B will
silently inherit A's value of CHARSETCONVERTERS instead
of inheriting mhonarc's default value for the resource.
This problem does not exist when mhonarc is invoked via
the shell for each archive since each archive will
be updated by their own independent mhonarc process.
