Retrieving deleted messages.

Does anyone know how to retrieve messages deleted from Eudora 
that were converted to *html format ?
The *html files were in my maillist.html file for my website, 
but when I converted new messages, i used the wrong command and 
incidentally lost the previous messages from my maillist.html 
file. The *html files are still in my directory, but not on my 
maillist.html file. How can I put those messages back in that 
maillist.html file ?
