My first mailing_list

Hello all,

        My name is Gonzalo and I am a beginner with mailing lists.
        I am in really need of setting up one for my small company
        and I would like some input about all the steps I should
        follow in order to implement one.  Additional information
        regarding html's, troubleshotting, any other documentation
        or whatever I should not run into (from your experiences)
        will be greatly appreciated.  Is there any other programs
        outhere that would allow me to set up a mailing list??
