I am working with a mhonarc archive that is fairly yet, but is showing
messages in the threads.html as "message not available". These were
possible messages that were deleted along with the .mhonarc.db file and
everything in the archive before I started over around a week ago.
It's strange that there would be any trace of these messages left, but it
sure doesn't look good to have four "message not available" lines in the
The "message not available" is printed when a gap is discovered in a
thread. Gaps can be detected when messages use the References field so
reference histories can be used to detect gaps (the Reference field of
messages can contain a list of message ids). There is no "trace of
messages" kept in MHonArc.
