infinite loop

Hi lucky monarc gurus, 

I run mhonarc 2.1.0 to make an mailling list archive, the following
head of a mail make mhonarc to go to infinite loop.

The first  line is responsible for, if I delete it mhonarc
run normaly on this mail. Any idea ?
