Mhonarc modtime resource

Hi,

Just thought you might want to know about this possible bug:

I tried to -editidx an existing archive after adding <MODTIME> to the
-rcfile, however it was ignored. I could solve the problem adding the
-modtime option on the command line. (I'm using MHonArc v2.1.0)
