I also had similar problems with BST (British Summer Time).
There is a file in in the MHonArc sources called mhinit.pl
It defines a hash called %Zone
If think that if you add
"MET", -1, # Middle Europe Time
to that hash all will be ok.
I need to do the same for
"BST", -1, # British Summer Time
But haven't yet.
Note that the stuff after the '#' is all comment. It doesn't really
matter what you put there.
