Apparently from your IMAP client.  The problem with your question
is that you provide no information on how you are invoking mhonarc.
So it makes it difficult for us to determine exactly what the
problem is (and what the possible solutions may be).

Is there a way to tell mhonarc to ignor them?

Not if the messsage is being piped into MHonArc.  You have to
filter the data beforehand.  Most people use Procmail.  Or you
can roll your own.
