ANNOUNCE: New URL for mhonarc mailing lists archive

The new URL of the mhonarc mailing list archive is

        http://www.xray.mpe.mpg.de/mailing-lists/mhonarc

The old archive http://www.rosat.mpe-garching.mpg.de/mailing-lists/mhonarc
is redirected to the new location so it should be transparent for the user.

Nevertheless documentation should be changed at the next suitable occasion.
