A default RCFILE looks like an empty text file. Check the
MHonArc home page and FAQ for some examples, though.
Find the resource you want to modify in the hypertext
documentation. Copy the default declaration for that resource.
Edit to suit. Paste into a plain text file. Call this as your
rcfile. Iterate.
If you want more structure, copy an example and edit that.
