From the FAQ:
Do I have to respecify the resource file each time I update an
archive?
No. The archive database stores all resource settings. The only
time you need to respecify the resource file is if changes are
required in the layout of the archive.
Not _all_ resource settings seem to be stored. My resource file includes
the <NODOC> element, but when I added new messages without the -rcfile
option, the documentation link appeared.
Maybe you'd better include the -rcfile option each time, to be on the
'safe' side.
