Not in this case. I'm looking directly at the source message in the
MH folder (which is the first quote line) and comparing it to the
generated file from MHonArc (which was the second quoted line).
To repeat, it is:

Is the raw page generated from MHonArc actually contain
"$NEW_OBJECT", but something else, PHP?, is doing some kind of
