I managed to get around it by just using a local spool file - it now processes
ALL of the messages. Now trying to get Marc-Search work with CGI_Lite is
another matter altogether :(.

Check the MSGSEP resource. I am guessing that whatever format
a bsmtp file is in, it requires a change to the MSGSEP resource
so MHonArc can properly detect the other messages in the file.
If you make a sample bsmtp file available, we can examine it to
see if this is the case.
