optimizing mhonarc for use with a treo / palm pda

Does anyone have any pointers for optimizing the way mhonarc creates
the html pages so they can be better viewed on a 38 x 12 pda screen?

It works pretty good the way it is but there is a lot of wasted
white space for the page header and to indent the text.
