It works pretty good the way it is but there is a lot of wasted
white space for the page header and to indent the text.
The Page Layout section of the documentation lists out the
resources that you can use to modify page layout.
If you are using the default values, you can just copy the
default values provided for each resource to your own resource
file and edit.
