Is there anyway to force mhonarc to treat possible follow ups as actual

If you just want to remove the "Possible follow-ups" markup from
the index pages, you can do this by customizing the thread index
layout resources.

No I don't want to remove them. I want possible follow ups to appear like
definite follow ups do when you view a single message in a thread.

Like here: http://www.sonic.net/~snevel/etherbun/msg97343.html
Notice at the bottom the list of follow-ups. There is also a possible
follow up shown on the thread index but it isn't listed on the message
page.

Does anyone know ho to do this?

Cheers,
