The notes are used by mhonarc through this tag in the .mrc file:
<NOTEDIR>
/home/wfnorg/notes
</NOTEDIR>
and in MsgPgBegin section
<meta name="description" content="$NOTE$">

last30-xml4.pl # produces 7 different RSS feeds.
