How does the index perform if you don't create a new one but keep updating
it with modified content?
I read in the manual that you should use gcnmz after a while to clean up, so
does this keep the index as fast as in the beginning?
Or let's say it that way: if I use gcnmz, is it necessary to create a new
index after a number of updates or not?
