The file specified by "-I" option is a file of the same form as the

man page as follows.
-f, --config=FILE
use FILE as a config file.
-I, --include=FILE
include your customization FILE.
"-I" option moves similarly though it is not the same as "-f".
But, "-I" option is an old option.
There is "-I" option only for interchangeability.
There might not be necessity for using "-I" option now.
