RE:Seek for help!

Hi,

I'm sorry to raise this question again. I would like to know is there any 
submit procedure. 
I have a submit on code changes. They are for the support of 64-bit machine 
(ie.ALPHA)
and for those who run on DEC/OSF1. And I also want to know which group of 
people(Sub-group of 
MH-workers)or person who is deal with the support of machine. Such that I can 
have a further 
discussion with him.
