Hi, Richard. I've just encountered a couple of problems with using
"postproc: /.../spost" in .mh_profile:
- it appears that it causes "Dcc" not to be honoured; I've done some
fairly thorough tests, and without the postproc line Dcc works as
expected, but with the postproc line it seems to be ignored and copied
verbatim into the sent message.
- it _completely_ changes the output format of "whom". Without the
postproc line, whom gives output something like:
This has been causing merry havoc with my signatures, because the exmh
intelligent sig code expects output of the first form. Is this a new
nmh thing, or had I just not noticed it in my MH days?
The spost code in nmh is essentially the same as in MH. I haven't
done any work on it at all. Since the eventual goal is to merge
post and spost, I doubt I will do any work on it.
