[Nmh-workers] Using PGP (really gnupg) with MH or nmh

I'll be the first to use the new list address (first after Ken, that
is).

I have a couple of scripts to facilitate using gnupg to sign,
encrypt+sign, decrypt, verify signatures on mh messages.  Feel free
to try them out.  They support both the old style format and pgp-mime
formatting.
