Is there a list of new features in 1.1 (from 1.0), or is it all bug fixes?
The nmh-announce archives don't seem to be available (in the event something
was sent to that list).

I think that it's mostly bug fixes. The only new features that I can think of
are (naturally) the ones that I did: the improved attachment handling code and
the external hooks code.
