Unfortunately this has a ``problematic'' license. I dealt with this
for another software project and asked on the debian-legal mailing
list where concerns were mentioned [0]. Therefore packages for Debian

Does nmh work usefully on any boxes that don't have OpenSSL
available? If not, can/should we just punt and use the OpenSSL
version?
