I do not think msh should be discarded. At worst, a build time option,
but you never know when you might want/need it, so why not build it?
It's a single, documented useful utility that provides a useful
complement to packf. I've not had *much* call for it, but it's nice
to know it's there if I do want to interact with a mail archive in a
familiar way.
