I am trying the mst.conf change. But the test may take few days to complete,

I think you'd know right away if you get a bounce.

It has been taking about a week to bounce. But, this time, I sent the
problematic addressee a copy of the test message from a computer that has been
working for that addressee, so I should know as soon as he sees to his Email.

When you asked about this in February, the way we left things was:

- You'll set "servers" to smtp.tsoft.com (You didn't need to do any
authentication, from what I remember).
- When you want to send email to yourself, you'll use "send -server localhost"

AFACT, that setup should still do everything you want. Your other options
are:

- Alias "norm" to "norm(_at_)dad(_dot_)org" in nmh (and keep servers at
smtp.tsoft.com).
- Modify your Postfix configuration to deliver local mail locally and punt
everything to your ISP's smarthost.
