For ever and a day the code has hardwired in a default pager – typically the
more command. This pre-dates, and ignores, the ${PAGER} convention. I would
like to change this so that ${PAGER} takes precedence over the compile time
default, with moreproc in .mh_profile overriding ${PAGER}. Objections?
