MH will remove accounts you list on the alternate mailboxes.
Whoops, yeah, that's what happen if you use %(formataddr) (only when
you're using repl, though). %(concataddr) won't do that.
Well, ok, now that I look at the code ... if you do -cc me, then it WON'T
do that. The other rules about removing already-seen addresses still apply.
