Which one?
OS X 10.6.
Oy. But given how Apple loves to arbitrarily break long standing UNIX
APIs and runtime behaviours, I am unsympathetic to their plight :-P
Well, 10.9 at least has it.
That said, we could import our own implementation of getline() and use
that if the underlying OS doesn't have one. I just took a quick peek
at the FreeBSD implementation of getline() and it looks like it would
import with little pain.
Sounds reasonable to me.
