[Nmh-workers] email addresses in a text file?

Is there any mechanism where I can have NMH, instead of reading
a list of BCC addresses, read a file that contains a list of BCC
addresses?

In theory, I just want a small one-way distribution list of people I
need to send an email to about once or twice a month, and having their
names in a text file is much easier to maintain than using actual
mailing list software.

So I just want to send email

From: hymie(_at_)lactose(_dot_)homelinux(_dot_)net
To: hymie(_at_)lactose(_dot_)homelinux(_dot_)net
Bcc: <distributionlist.txt

Possible?
